CXcherry does not have its proprietary in-build course authoring capabilities. However, you can upload any course file created using another course authoring tool in CXcherry. Since we offer the flexibility to build your course structure, you can build your courses with a variety of different training materials like Video, HTML, PPT, File, etc. We also have our inbuild HTML page builder facility and inbuild assessment functionality.
9. Can I get a custom URL domain for my portal?
Yes, CXcherry allows you to have your custom URL for your portal. You need to buy the custom URL domain and the required SSL along with that domain.
10. Can I conduct VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training) training through CXcherry?
Absolutely yes! CXcherry has inbuilt VILT functionality, which allows you to integrate your Zoom license and conduct online real-time sessions by the trainer.
11. Does CXcherry provide onboarding and continuous support during the go-live phase?

1. How does a14-days Free Trial work?
Once you sign up for a “Free Trial,” you will have access to a limited feature for 14 days. We do not require credit card or debit card information to set up a “Free Trial.” During your free trial period, our customer success team will be in constant touch with you to provide the necessary support and handholding to explore the product.
2. Who should buy “Add On” professional services?
Along with the platform, if you are looking for a team to support you with developing your product videos, courses, brochures, marketing materials, or admin support services for your end customers, we can provide you those services on a need basis. These professional services are charged extra based on the exact scope of the work.
3. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wire transfer. All the pricing mentioned is in USD. For billing in local currencies, you can contact us post-sign-up.
4. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
CXcherry is a subscription-based SaaS platform. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime during the contract period based on the active user slab.

At CXcherry, we aim to offer fair pricing to our customers, and hence we have adopted the concept of “active users.” We want our customers to be able to extensively use the platform to train their customers who might be using the platform on a need-to-know basis. Hence you need to pay only for the users who are taking the online course during that period.

In a nutshell, the “active users” are those users that log into a course (and not the whole Learning platform) during the 30-day billing period. Users become effectively “Active” once they access the course for the first time. From then on, the same user can log in as many times as they want for an unlimited number of courses.
