Job Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards that optimize customer experience
  • Learn the product and its features inside out to develop a deep understanding
  • Develop customer loyalty and encourage them to upgrade their products
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English - written and verbal
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of Enterprise SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Expertise in cross function teamwork to resolve customer issues
