Qualifications MBA or Bachelor's Degree with computer background or sales or related field or foreign equivalent
Years Of Experience 8 Years – 10 Years.
Job Location Pune (Currently Work from Home due to Covid Pandemic)
Job Responsibilities
  • Builds and executes a plan to drive growth and profitability across organisation's portfolio
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated enterprise accounts to achieve individual and teams' goals
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate and plan account growth strategies, along with all teams
  • Plan, communicate, and oversee the execution of monthly business development activities for named accounts
  • Responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion
  • Gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing team
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Understands the customer’s IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements and challenges
  • Manages one or several larger accounts or acts as the account lead for a substantial part of a top account.
  • Prior account mining experience is a must
  • Experienced in Enterprise/SaaS selling Software Solutions
  • Team Player: collaborate with various team members regularly
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
